George 1st April 2020

So sad to discover this. A conversation reminded me of Terry recently and I decided to try track him down. I remember us as small boys charging around the Sephton Place cul-de-sac on bicycles, scooters and skateboards, so many fun swims including one at night during a thunder storm. We were always so excited when Aunty Annette was making her delicious crunchies. Towards the end of primary school we used to go to the Grand Hotel to play pool and listen to the Thompson Twins on the jukebox. In our early twenties Terry was a no-nonsense bouncer, but always made time to say Hi to his childhood friends. A good man inside a tough exterior. Rest in peace, buddy. George.
